Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The Master Class is 90 days. You’ll get access to the entire program right away, with instructions for how to go through the recordings and assignments in the Arms by Kristine Members Area at your own pace. You have access to 12 live coaching calls, one each week, over the 90 days. A workout will be provided and can be completed in 12 minutes, 3 days a week.
All components of this program are fully virtual and can be completed from anywhere with an internet connection! All live components of the program are recorded to accommodate different schedules and time zones + international clients may call into live Coaching Calls via Zoom. My team will be happy to help via email if you need any kind of support in getting on international calls.
Live Weekly Coaching Calls will take place every Tuesday at 10am PST (1pm EST). That being said, if you’re unable to make calls live—don’t worry—all calls will be recorded and made available in the Members Area for your review. As long as you’re able to listen to call recordings on your own time, you’ll get the full scope of benefits this program can provide. Ultimately, I cannot stress enough that your deepest learning in this program will take place while listening to other clients being coached. It is in hearing our own experiences reflected back to us with new perspective that we have our greatest “ah-ha” moments and breakthroughs.
