I’m back in the 120’s again for the first time in years!

I'm working this and it's completely changing me! I love it!!! I have tried so many things in my life. This is the only thing that works because it's more than just weight loss!! It's changing your brain and your thinking and those are things I have never done before. I'm learning to love myself again and I owe Kristine so much for this!! ...oh and I'm back in the 120's again for the first time in years!
