My WHY is truly for me. I was sad, depressed, isolated, frustrated, loneliness and so much more. I knew deep down with some help and guidance I could love ME again. So taking care of me has been such a huge part of my why! Not for others but for ME! I am important and it isn't selfish to schedule time for me. So I meet weekly with Kristine to work on my thoughts (which has been life changing for me) and this past week I started lifting weights again. It makes me happy and I am seeing/feeling the results I am so much more confident, I am more present, I have lost weight and gained new insight into my thoughts and how they affect my results. Self care and self love make me a better person! Better momma, wife, daughter, granddaughter, friend,and CEO!
