I spy with my little eye...a bicep! Holy smokes am I excited! Best part is it has only been 4 weeks and I lift 3 times a week for 12min! Kristine you are amazing!

Kristine - I struggle to find pictures of me that show my body but here is one that I can really see the changes. I love who I have become and am so excited for the future. Thank you for giving me the tools and inspiring me to become my favorite self. Small changes add up and I am proof that if you follow your plan it truly works in more ways than just weight loss. I have so much more confidence and energy. The smiles now are so full of life and love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
