My brain likes to have toddler moments but having the ability to move through them instead of reacting is such a huge accomplishment! Thank you Kristine for sharing all your knowledge and wisdom and for helping me clearly seeing how my brain plays. Mary I'm successful. With the coaching with Kristine and the help of all her modules and seeing her beautiful face every week I lost weight but more importantly I feel amazing.
