I think we can say we have all been there or have struggled with this. Thanks to Kristine Rucker, she is helping me love my body everyday. Just the way it is today, and to be content. Its an ongoing struggle, but I am learning and I thank God (and a good friend of mine) that I have found Kristine Rucker, because she has opened my eyes to SO many struggles I have had that have been trapped in my head. I'm SO excited that she will now be helping my daughter on her journey of loving herself and her body and becoming healthier from the inside.
