I am so happy and excited! Kristine is truly amazing and I am so blessed I found her but I am so proud of myself because there is no easy fix or one meal plan or one pill or workout it is figuring out yourself. With help, guidance, and modules, I found ME! I know what works for me and I share that in my plans. I stopped comparing and self judging and am enjoying life and my journey
